Fennel, provolone, green olives, currants - cabbage, carrot, grapefruit, aged goat cheese, cumin - lentil, ham hock, mushroom (terrine), mustard, pickles - kale, fresh ricotta - roasted octopus, romanesco, blackened meyer lemon, parsnip, burnt olives.
